Facebook. Facelessbook is a better Name

We got our page Beaks & Feathers Aviaries Facebook page hacked and have had to start a new one, as we lost all access to it and had to start a new page; luckily, we were able to secure the same name as we had. Sadly, Facebook is not interested in even getting back to us 14 years gone, with over 20,000 followers, over 17000 likes, 4.9 star ratings, and our monthly customer base of 500,000 views. I am not sure I want to put that effort into Facebook to lose it for nothing, and they're not interested in even looking at it or contacting me for help in any way
